We rely our years of experience to make garments that are tailored to our specifications, using materials of our choosing, to bring you the highest quality we can. Some items in our catalog are "ready made" garments meaning they are not hand picked, or wholly designed by us, but rather from outside manufacturers. The difference between "ready made" garments and our cut and sew work is reflected in the price options available.

Orders are processed Tues-Saturday (Excluding major holidays) and shipped within 3-5 business days

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
  • You may experience delays due to COVID-19, and due to complications not in our control, but we will do our part to get your order to you in the most timely fashion. 

If you message us quickly enough after your order is processed we will attempt to make the necessary adjustments to your order. Know that any request is not a guarantee and we may not be able to accommodate. 

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on the out of stock item(s). If the item(s) are part of a larger order we will process the partial order. 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and ShopPay. ShopPay allows Angel Park customers to pay for their orders in installments rather than paying for your entire order at once. 

Every order is reviewed before it is processed. Once we determine that we are able to complete your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

If you would like to return an item please email us at angelparkwd@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN" or with a subject and message that makes it clear to us what you wish to happen with your order. After processing your request we will send you a return label and issue a refund. 

  • All returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. 
  • We do not offer store credit, but exchange requests for sizing purposes may be completed depending on stock availability.
  • The item must be in new condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
